What the form collects
We collect the name, phone number, optional email, city or ZIP code, service concern, preferred date and time, and details you submit. Please do not include payment details, medical information or other sensitive information in the notes field.
How requests are used and stored
When you send a request, the form is delivered through Netlify Forms, the hosting service for this site. The business owners receive it by email and can view it in the Netlify dashboard, and use it only to review your request and contact you about service. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list or confirm an appointment. Submissions stay in the Netlify dashboard until the owners delete them.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
This site does not set its own cookies and does not run advertising or analytics trackers. The Google Maps embed on some pages loads content directly from Google, which may process technical data and set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. External links, including Google, Yelp and photo sources on the photo credits page, have their own privacy practices. Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP address, needed to deliver and secure the site.
